Support Center AgentsThe Susquehanna Valley Chapter of HDI is a non-profit organization designed to facilitate the sharing of information among IT support professionals. Our membership is composed of help desk staff, consultants, technicians, managers, vendors and others who are active in the service and support industry. We draw our members from the Susquehanna Valley area of Pennsylvania.

Chapter Meetings

Please refer to our homepage for meeting dates and times.  Chapter meetings are typically held the second Thursday of even-numbered months. Meetings usually start at 3:00pm and last for 2 hours. Sign-in is at 2:30pm and is a good time to start networking with your peers. Meetings are held at different host sites in the area. If you are interested in attending a meeting but are not yet a member, please sign-up and attend as our guest to get acquainted with our organization.
